Outcome

A reusable visual and verbal system that made transparent paint-protection film legible across the campaign and website. Commercial impact was not recorded in the source material.

The Constraint

Paint-protection film is valuable because it disappears. That makes it unusually difficult to market: a finished car can look identical before and after installation, while the product’s real value sits in the transparent layers between the paint and the road.

UNIQ Auto Spa needed a website that could make protection visible without relying on vague luxury language or asking customers to understand material science.

The System I Introduced

I built the visual language around technical exploded views. Each layer separates from the vehicle surface to show where the film sits, what reaches it first, and how it protects the finish underneath.

That logic shaped the campaign and website together: close-up material detail for credibility, layered diagrams for explanation, and performance-led language focused on protection and preservation rather than an invisible cosmetic upgrade.

How the System Changed the Conversation

The product could now be sold through a visible cause-and-effect story. Customers were shown the protective layer and its job before being asked to value it, while the sales team gained one consistent explanation that could carry from the website into in-person conversations.

Evidence

The surviving project record documents the concept, visual system, and website execution, but not a reliable conversion or sales baseline. I am treating the outcome as a communication-system result rather than inventing a commercial number.

What I would measure next

I would instrument product-page engagement, quote requests, and the questions customers ask before booking, then compare the exploded-layer explanation with a photography-only control.
